Delete your Himma account

You can permanently delete your Himma account and the personal data linked to it at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1 — In the app (fastest)

1. Open the Himma app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Delete Account.
3. Confirm. Your account is closed and your personal data is deleted right away.

Option 2 — By request

Email Support@himmaapp.com with the subject "Delete my account" from your registered email, or include the phone number registered on your account so we can verify it's you. We'll process the deletion within 7 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

• Your profile (name, phone, email) and login.
• Saved delivery addresses and favorites.
• Personal data tied to your account.

What we have to keep

Records we're legally required to retain — such as transaction and invoice data needed for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention — are kept for the period required by law in a limited/anonymized form, then deleted. See our Privacy Policy for details.
